Adding or Editing Workflow Automated Tasks

The Workflow - Task Automation feature allows you to configure and maintain information about tasks for your shop location.

To add or edit workflow automated tasks

  1. Select Configure Profiles from the menu bar.
  2. Select your repair facility profile, and then select Edit from the mini-toolbar.
  3. Click on the Workflow - Task Automation link under Repair Management.
  4. Select Add from the toolbar. The Add Task screen opens.
  5. Make your selections and enter your task information.
  6. Select OK, and then select Save and Close from the menu bar.
