Adding or Editing Workflow Automated Tasks
The Workflow - Task Automation feature allows you to configure and maintain information about tasks for your shop location.
To add or edit workflow automated tasks
- Select Configure > Profiles from the menu bar.
- Select your repair facility profile, and then select Edit from the mini-toolbar.
- Click on the Workflow - Task Automation link under Repair Management.
- Select Add from the toolbar. The Add Task screen opens.
- Make your selections and enter your task information.
- Select OK, and then select Save and Close from the menu bar.
